I confirm that direct communication with borrowers and brokers is allowed; however, all transactions introduced or matched through AIbrokers must be originated and finalized inside the AIbrokers platform, and all platform fees remain fully due.

I acknowledge that if communication or negotiation occurs outside the AIbrokers platform, AIbrokers is not liable for any errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or disputes arising from off-platform communication.

I agree to waive any current or future claims, disputes, litigation, or lawsuits against AIbrokers relating to off-platform interactions.
